Book multiple appointments in one trip
If your schedule allows, we recommend reserving at least two appointments across your stay — a discovery session to explore the collections, and a follow-up to revisit your favourites and move toward a decision. We will work around your travel dates to make this possible.
Book well in advance
We recommend reaching out at least two to three weeks before your arrival so we can prepare a curated selection based on your wishlist and secure the time you need. For auspicious dates or peak seasons, earlier is always better — our appointment diary fills quickly at popular periods.
Video consultation before you travel
Not ready to commit to the trip yet? We offer a video consultation so you can meet your stylist, share your vision, and get a sense of what to expect before you fly. This is also a practical first step for brides who wish to narrow their shortlist before arriving in person.
Alterations & delivery across the region
We are experienced in co-ordinating alterations and delivery for brides who are not based in Singapore. Depending on your situation, this may involve completing primary alterations during a follow-up visit, working with a trusted partner tailor in your home city, or shipping your finished gown directly to you. We will advise on the most practical approach at your appointment.

Many brides we work with observe multi-event celebrations: a tea ceremony or reception that calls for a second outfit — a qipao, an evening gown, or a lighter reception look. Trinity Gallery can accommodate both looks within a single consultation, so your entire day is considered together.
Our stylists speak English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Mandarin, and are familiar with the wedding customs and aesthetic preferences of brides from across Southeast Asia and beyond. All appointments take place on Singapore Time (SGT, UTC+8).

I am travelling from overseas — how far in advance should I book my appointment?
We recommend booking at least two to three weeks before your visit so we can prepare a curated selection based on your wishlist and ensure a stylist is fully available to you. If your travel dates are fixed, please let us know as early as possible. We are accustomed to working with brides visiting from Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and further afield, and we can co-ordinate fittings, alterations schedules, and shipping logistics around your timeline.
Can I arrange for alterations and delivery if I am not based in Singapore?
Yes. We have experience working with brides across the region and can advise on the most practical approach for your situation — whether that means completing primary alterations during a return visit, co-ordinating with a trusted partner tailor in your home city, or shipping the finished gown to you directly.
How long does it take from ordering to receiving my gown?
As a general guide, most made-to-order bridal gowns require several months from order to delivery, with additional time for alterations. We strongly recommend beginning your search at least twelve months before your wedding date to allow full flexibility, though we are experienced in managing tighter timelines where necessary.
Do you carry gowns suitable for a second reception or an overseas pre-wedding shoot?
Yes. Several of the houses we carry offer pieces that work beautifully for a pre-wedding shoot, a garden reception, or an intimate overseas celebration — including lighter silhouettes, separates, and shorter styles. We also carry occasion and bridesmaid collections (including ML Bridesmaids and Noir by Lazaro) for bridal party members and guests. Please mention any secondary events when you enquire, so we can ensure your appointment covers the full scope of your needs.
