The Private Appointment
A ritual, not a transaction
The private appointment at Trinity Gallery is not a walk-in browsing experience. It is a curated ritual — a dedicated block of time in which you and your closest confidants are welcomed into our private suite at Capitol Piazza, where the full focus of your stylist is entirely on you.
Before you arrive, your stylist reviews the brief you have shared and pre-curates a rail of gowns — selected from current-season collections across the maisons we represent — aligned to your silhouette preferences, wedding aesthetic, and occasion. You will never walk into a room of hundreds of gowns with no guidance. You will walk into a thoughtfully edited selection chosen for you.
Appointments run for approximately 90 minutes. There is no pressure, no queue, and no audience beyond the people you choose to bring. This is your time. Your stylist is present throughout: to explain the construction and provenance of each gown, to advise on fit and customisation options, and to answer every question you have about the made-to-order process.
Trinity Gallery operates by appointment only. We do not accept walk-in consultations, so that every bride who steps through our door receives the full, undivided attention she deserves.

What to Expect
From first enquiry through to the day you collect your gown, here is what the Trinity Gallery experience looks like.
Enquire
Reach out via WhatsApp or our contact form. We will respond promptly to discuss your preferred appointment date and any initial thoughts on designer or silhouette.
Consultation
Before your appointment, your dedicated stylist reviews your brief — wedding date, venue, aesthetic preferences — and pre-curates a rail of gowns selected to your profile.
Private Appointment
You are welcomed into our private suite at Capitol Piazza. With approximately 90 unhurried minutes and your stylist alongside you, you move through the pre-curated selection at your own pace — no crowds, no pressure.
Made-to-Order
Once you have found your gown, we initiate the official made-to-order process directly with the couture house, using current-season measurements and specifications. Your gown is made new, for you.
Fittings & Alterations
We manage all fitting appointments and coordinate garment-safe alterations to achieve an exact fit. Our alterations are performed by experienced specialists who understand the construction of couture gowns.
Collection
Your completed gown is carefully packaged and handed over at a final appointment, with aftercare guidance so it remains as beautiful as the day you wore it.

Bridal Styling
A dedicated stylist guides you through the collections we represent — Elie Saab, Jenny Packham, Carolina Herrera, Monique Lhuillier, Oscar de la Renta, Reem Acra, Hayley Paige, and Bliss by Monique Lhuillier — to find the gown that is genuinely right for you, your venue, and your day.
Made-to-Order & Official Sizing
Every gown is ordered directly from the designer house that made it, using official sizing and current-season specifications. Your gown is made new — not selected from pre-existing stock — and arrives bearing the house’s authenticity documentation.
Alterations
We coordinate garment-safe alterations by experienced couture specialists, ensuring the integrity of each gown’s construction is preserved throughout the fitting process. Multiple fittings are scheduled to achieve a precise, comfortable fit.
Aftercare
At collection, we provide detailed aftercare guidance so your gown remains in pristine condition — whether you plan to preserve, display, or repurpose it after your wedding day.
