The Authorised Atelier
Every gown at Trinity Gallery is sourced directly from the couture house that made it — authorised, authentic, and made-to-order. Each is a genuine, current-season piece backed by the maison itself, handled by a team with direct access to each house's sizing guides, production schedules, and aftercare protocols.

What Authorised Means
Direct from the design house
An authorised atelier has a formal commercial relationship with each maison it represents. Every gown arrives through the house's official supply chain — the same channel through which the house controls quality, verifies authenticity, and fulfils made-to-order commissions. There is no intermediary, no secondary distributor, and no ambiguity about where the gown came from.
Genuine, current-season gowns
The samples you try in our showroom reflect the genuine production quality of each house: the same fabrics, the same bead density, the same construction you will receive when your order arrives. Because we are authorised, we have access to each house's current and upcoming collections — not discontinued stock, not pieces acquired outside official channels.
Official made-to-order and alterations
Made-to-order sizing is placed directly with the couture house using their official measurement specifications — ensuring that the gown arrives cut to the tolerances the designer intended. Alterations are then carried out to standards the house itself would recognise as garment-safe, preserving the integrity of the construction and the validity of any warranty or aftercare provision.
Warranty, aftercare, and provenance
Because Trinity Gallery is an authorised atelier, quality concerns can be escalated directly to the maison through official channels. We provide certificates of authenticity and provenance on request. Buying outside an authorised channel removes these assurances entirely: a house cannot verify, warrant, or offer aftercare for a gown that did not pass through its official distribution.
The risk of grey-market or parallel-import gowns is not merely a matter of paperwork. It is the difference between a gown the house can stand behind and one it cannot. An authorised atelier removes the main sources of that risk.

Questions
Frequently asked
Why should I buy from an authorised atelier rather than a reseller?
Purchasing through an authorised atelier guarantees that your gown is genuine — sourced directly from the design house with original authenticity documentation, manufacturer quality assurance, and official warranty coverage (where applicable). It also gives you access to the house's complete sizing guides, trained stylists with house-specific knowledge, and direct support should any issue arise before or after your wedding. Buying through an unauthorised channel offers none of these assurances, and the house is unable to stand behind a gown that did not pass through its official distribution.
How do I know the gown I see in your showroom is the same one I will receive?
Because we are an authorised stockist for every label we carry, all gowns are ordered through the official supply chain. The sample you try on reflects the genuine production quality: the same fabrics, bead density, and construction you will receive when your order arrives. We are happy to share authenticity documentation on request.
How do I know a gown in your showroom is the genuine, official version?
Because every gown we carry arrives through the official supply chain of the design house that created it. As an authorised atelier, we receive current-season pieces directly from the maison — not through resellers, secondary distributors, or parallel-import channels. We are happy to share authenticity documentation for any gown on request.
What is the difference between an authorised atelier and a parallel importer?
An authorised atelier has a formal commercial relationship with the designer house and sources gowns directly through that house's official distribution. A parallel importer — sometimes called a grey-market retailer — acquires gowns outside that official channel, which means the house cannot verify the gown's provenance, certify its authenticity, or extend its warranty or aftercare to the buyer. Buying through an authorised atelier gives you the confidence that your gown is exactly what the house designed, constructed, and stands behind.
What happens if something is wrong with my gown?
Because we are an authorised atelier, any quality concern can be escalated directly to the maison through official channels. We act as your point of contact with the design house for the life of your order — from initial made-to-order placement through to post-wedding aftercare. Specific warranty and aftercare terms vary by house, and our team will confirm the applicable terms with you at the time of ordering.
